A 5K obstacle course designed specifically for dog-and-owner duos. Whether you're running competitively or just here for the “Fun Run,” you'll both enjoy this paws-itively awesome event, followed by a festival with food trucks and live music. It’s the perfect way to welcome spring in one of the best areas for homes for pets.
Papa John’s Mutt Strut
Downtown Greenville, usually the last Saturday in April
This two-mile walk/run benefits the Greenville Humane Society and includes an after-pawty on South Main Street with free pizza, music, and local vendors. A fun way to get your steps in and support finding homes in Upstate SC for shelter pets.
Conestee Nature Preserve, usually in May
